About Mynort Kitchen
Simple recipes, written for people cooking dinner on a Tuesday.
What Mynort Kitchen is
Mynort Kitchen is an independent recipe publication. We write and share original recipes — dinners, breakfasts, and simple one-pot meals — aimed at home cooks who want something that works on a normal weeknight, using ingredients from a regular grocery store.
What Mynort Kitchen is not
We don't sell food, meal kits, cookware, or kitchen gadgets, and we're not affiliated with any grocery, appliance, or food brand mentioned in our recipes. Any brand names that appear in an ingredient list are there for clarity, not as a paid placement.
Our approach to recipes
Every recipe on this site is written to be followed as-is by a home cook, with standard U.S. measurements and ingredients available at most grocery stores. We don't publish invented reviews, fabricated ratings, or claims about testing that didn't happen. If a recipe has a note about substitutions or common issues, it's based on how the dish is generally made, not a specific claim about our own kitchen testing process.
A note on nutrition information
We don't publish specific calorie or nutrition figures on our recipes, since actual nutritional content depends heavily on the specific brands and exact quantities of ingredients used. If you have specific dietary needs, we'd recommend calculating nutrition facts yourself using your actual ingredients, or consulting a registered dietitian.
